Things to do at Orakei
Joining Orakei Tennis Club is more than just having the opportunity to play tennis - although that is the Club’s main aim.
You will rapidly improve your playing skills through our Coaching Programmes.
Children can join our Junior section.
Those lucky enough to have time during working days can join our Midweek section and there is a strong Ladies Midweek Interclub competition.
All members get the chance to play with those of similar skills in our Organised Playing Sessions.
Once you get a bit of confidence you can hone your skills in a competitive environment by playing Interclub tennis; and
Last but by no means least you will get to make new friends and maybe join in our non-tennis Social Activities.
Special Offer!
For a short time only, Orakei Tennis Club is offering a special introductory subscription. You may come along to our club sessions twice for free at any time. Thereafter, for a one-off payment of $50, you get a further TEN visits to our general club play sessions on Wednesday evening at 6pm. PLUS you can credit this $50 against your subscription should you become a full member.
If you decide to become a full member, you receive key access to the club and full interclub playing rights as well as affiliation to both the Auckland and NZ tennis associations.
